The GNDX app interface at app.gndx.finance applies geographic and sanctions restrictions.
Access Restrictions
The GNDX interface is not available to:
- US Persons — as defined under US securities law (including US citizens and residents, regardless of physical location)
- Residents of OFAC-sanctioned countries — including Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, and the Crimea region
- Residents of any other jurisdiction where access to or use of the interface would be unlawful

This list may be updated to reflect changes in applicable law. Participants are responsible for monitoring changes and ensuring their continued eligibility.
Smart Contract Access
The GNDX smart contracts are deployed on a public blockchain. Geographic restrictions apply to the hosted interface only. Participants who choose to interact with smart contracts directly are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
Sanctions Screening
The GNDX interface conducts server-side sanctions screening before processing any transaction. Wallets associated with sanctioned entities will be blocked from using the interface.
