This documentation and all other GNDX Protocol materials are for informational purposes only. Nothing in these materials constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument.

Past performance of any underlying Web3 gaming token does not predict future performance of $GNDX. The value of $GNDX can go down as well as up. Participants may lose some or all of their deposited funds.

Token Characterization​

$GNDX and $GAME tokens are not securities under GNDX Protocol's legal analysis. They do not represent ownership in any company, do not entitle holders to dividends or profit sharing, and are not backed by any government or financial institution.

The regulatory treatment of cryptocurrency tokens, DeFi protocols, and smart contracts varies by jurisdiction and may change. Nothing in this documentation constitutes legal advice. Participants should consult qualified legal advisors in their jurisdiction before participating.

Risks​

Participation in GNDX Protocol involves significant risks including but not limited to:

  • Total loss of deposited funds due to smart contract exploits
  • Loss due to oracle manipulation
  • Loss due to underlying token failure
  • Regulatory action restricting access or use
  • Loss of access to funds due to private key loss

Jurisdictional Restrictions​

The GNDX app interface at app.gndx.finance is not available to US persons (as defined under US securities law) or residents of OFAC-sanctioned countries. Access to the interface is restricted for residents of certain additional jurisdictions.

The underlying smart contracts are deployed on a public blockchain and are accessible to anyone who chooses to interact with them directly. Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property​

The GNDX Protocol smart contract code is proprietary. GNDX Protocol reserves all intellectual property rights. Nothing in this document grants any licence to use or reproduce the code. The GNDX and GAME brand marks are owned by GNDX Protocol. Use of these marks requires written permission.

GNDX Protocol is a pre-launch, bootstrapped project. No formal legal entity has been incorporated yet — that step follows the audit and fundraising phase.
